Long-Term Portable Toilet Hire in Manchester
Not all hire needs are short-term. Construction projects, land maintenance contracts, agricultural operations and remote sites often need reliable portable toilet provision for months at a time. Our long-term hire contracts are designed for exactly this — flexible monthly rolling agreements with preferential rates and a fixed servicing schedule you can rely on.
Long-term customers get priority scheduling, faster response to ad-hoc service requests, and a dedicated account contact who knows your site and your requirements.
Who Uses Long-Term Hire
Long-term portable toilet contracts in Greater Manchester are typically taken out by house builders and developers on extended construction programmes, civil engineering contractors on road and utility works, facilities managers at sites without permanent welfare facilities, agricultural operations during busy seasons, and groundworks and landscaping contractors on large-scale schemes.
If you're not sure whether a long-term contract makes sense for your project, we'll compare the cost with short-term hire and give you an honest recommendation.
Contract Terms
We offer monthly rolling contracts with 30-day notice on either side. There are no minimum contract lengths and no penalty for early termination with reasonable notice. Rates are set at the start of the contract and held for the first 12 months — we don't apply mid-contract increases.
Servicing on Long-Term Contracts
All long-term contracts include weekly servicing as standard. We pump out the waste tank, clean and sanitise the unit, restock consumables and record the visit. Twice-weekly servicing is available where site usage warrants it. We'll flag to you if a unit is being heavily used and servicing frequency needs to increase — we'd rather tell you early than arrive to find a problem.
Unit Replacement and Upgrades
On long-term contracts, if a unit reaches the end of its service life or is damaged, we replace it promptly with a unit of equivalent or better specification at no additional charge. You'll never be left without provision because of a unit issue on our side.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a minimum hire period for a long-term contract?
No. Our rolling monthly contracts have no minimum term. Some customers take out contracts for just 6 to 8 weeks on shorter projects — that's fine. The key benefit is the preferential rate and fixed servicing schedule compared to short-term hire.
Can I add more units mid-contract?
Yes. Scaling up mid-contract is straightforward — call us and we'll arrange delivery of additional units within our normal lead time. The added units are priced at your contract rate.
What notice do I need to give to end the contract?
30 days written notice, by email or in writing, is standard. We'll arrange collection within that notice period at a time that suits your site programme.
